Returns & Refunds
Mt. Nittany Outfitters offer some of the most competitive prices and most comprehensive customer support in the outdoor retail industry. In an effort to keep our costs down, and our shipping time quick, we do have specific returns and refunds policies.

• All returns require a Return Authorization number (R.A. #), which may be obtained through our Customer Service Department by emailing us at customerservice@mtnittanyoutfitters.com.

• We will repair, replace, or give credit on defective products at its sole discretion. Generally, we follow manufacturer warranty policies when determining issues regarding repair, replacement, etc.

• All returns are subject to a restocking fee, especially if the item cannot be resold, (i.e. the item has been used, price stickers are no longer affixed, packaging is lost or damaged, discontinued items, etc.)

• No returns allowed on food, rock climbing, or discontinued items.

• At our sole discretion, any refund given will be issued as store credit, an electronic Gift Certificate, or through the same method the customer used to purchase the item.
